FAQ
What hotel is the SECRETS Summit event at?
The event is at the Residence Inn West Palm Beach Downtown. It is located at 455 Hibiscus Street West Palm Beach, Florida, USA, 33401. We have negotiated a room block rate of $209/night (plus taxes and fees). After you purchase your ticket, an email with the the booking link for the discounted rate will be sent to you.
(If you want to come stay later and make a vacation out of it, they are extending the room block rate until Sept. 29th.)
What airport should I fly into?
The airport in West Palm Beach is Palm Beach Airport (PBI). The next closest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) which is 45 miles from West Palm Beach.
When should I check in and check out?
The SECRETS Summit starts Thursday morning September 25th bright and early and ends Saturday night September 27th at around 10pm. We recommend checking in Wednesday, September 24th and checking out Sunday, September 28th.
What is the Luxury Illumination 10-Year Anniversary Party?
Luxury Illumination is holding their 10-year anniversary party on September 27th starting at 5pm. As an attendee of SECRETS Summit you are invited to attend. (Please fill out this form if you are planning on attending.) Luxury Illumination has been involved with Landscape Lighting Secrets for the past 4 years.
What is included with my ticket price?
All meals and trainings, including special guest speakers will be included. You are responsible for your flight, transportation, hotel, and alcohol.
